Asia and Indonesia 2013

Today we dove Castle Rock, Crystal Rock, Tatawa Besar and Wainilo.  We saw a pygmy seahorse, a shark, octopus, turtles, a sole flounder and much more.   Pygmy Seahorse (about the size of a nickel) Scott and Ted Octopus Sadly Jess got an ear-ache and sat out the last two dives of the day.

We dove Gilli Lawa Laut (Crystal Rock) and saw white tip reef sharks, a turtle, a napoleon wrasse and a pregnant octopus.  We dove Gilli Lawa Laut (Caste Rock) and this was a crazy current., about 3-4 knots.  We hooked in with the reef hooks and watched the white tip reef sharks (approx 7-8 sharks). … Continue reading »

Today we dove Unusual Suspects for the whole day.  We saw sexy shrimp, barramundi cod, a juvenile batfish, octopus, a few leaf fish and Jessica saw her first seahorse EVER. Seahorses!
